  • Paying monthly or quarterly by Direct Debit or Standing Order
  • If you have home internet access, switching to an online energy service, meaning you do not receive paper bills

We know prepayment meters are good for budgeting and not getting into debt but they are usually the most expensive way to buy your electricity, and some companies charge through the nose for them. It is particularly important that you look for the best deal if you have a prepayment meter.
