Your Tenancy with Wishaw and District Housing Association
When you become a tenant of Wishaw and District Housing Association you will sign a Tenancy Agreement. Normally you will sign a full Scottish Secure Tenancy Agreement (SST) but there may be circumstances where there are good reasons for offering a less secure form of the agreement known as a Short Scottish Secure Tenancy Agreement.
