Wishaw and District Housing Association - Your Rent
The income we get from rents is extremely important to the Association as it is our ONLY source of income from which Wishaw and District Housing Association can pay for the management and maintenance of all our properties and the provision of services to our customers.
Although Wishaw and District Housing Association are committed to keeping our rents at an affordable level we also have to ensure that there is sufficient income to allow us to maintain the range and standard of services we believe our residents deserve.
