Wishaw and District Housing Association's Service Charges

The Association provides a range of services intended to ensure that all Wishaw and District Housing Association properties are maintained to the highest standard possible.  This includes the management and maintenance of shared areas such as common landscaped areas and internal closes.

These services are provided for the benefit of everyone who lives there and therefore, every resident makes a contribution to the costs of providing them.  The Association only recovers the actual costs and makes no profit from this service.  Like the rents, service charges are reviewed annually and all residents consulted on the proposed changes for the coming year
