How to Report a Repair to Wishaw and District Housing Association

Repairs should, whenever possible, be reported during office hours at the Association's office and the following information should be provided.

• Your name and address
• A contact number where you can be reached
• When access will be available
• Details of the repair required

Please note access times are categorised as follows:
 

Unfortunately we cannot specify an exact time for access as this is very much dependent on the work schedule of the tradesperson, however if a time has been agreed and you fail to provide access you may be liable for recharge for non-access.

If you phone out-with office hours you can leave a message on the answering machine and it will be dealt with as soon as the office re-opens.  When leaving a message you should give all the information as listed above.
