Wishaw and District Housing Association - How your rent is set

Wishaw and District Housing Association has a Rent Setting Policy that details how it assesses the rent for individual properties.  The points based system allocates a set number of points to specific characteristics of the property linked to its size, type and amenities.

There is a monetary value per point and this, multiplied by the total number of points, determines the actual rent for each property.
