Wishaw and District Housing Association's Low Cost Home Ownership

Wishaw and District Housing Association is committed to providing people with a range of ways to access suitable, affordable housing.  Although its primary activity is the provision of social rented housing, it has sold a number of its properties to tenants under the Right to Buy legislation.  Wishaw and District Housing Association has also actively participated in a number of initiatives to assist people to get on the property ladder and buy their own home.
