Welcome to Housing Services
Welcome the the Housing section of the Association's website which provides information on all aspects of living in a property owned or managed by Wishaw and District Housing Association.
In this section we provide information on the rights and responsibilities of our tenants as well as our obligations as a Registered Social Landlord and Property Manager.
It also gives information on how to apply directly to the Association for housing as well as the other routes you can consider following if you wish to become one of our tenants. If you are already a tenant but are considering moving, there is guidance on your various options.
Additionally, this section of the website provides information for sharing owners and on the services we provide them and owner occupiers residing in our areas of management.
