Customer Service Standards of Wishaw and District Housing Association

Service Standard - Our Commitment to you

The Association is committed to providing all tenants, sharing owners, owner-occupiers and other service users with as high a standard of service as possible.  Through our policies and procedures we try to make sure that you are always treated fairly and that any matters relating to your house or your tenancy are dealt with correctly and in line with law and good practice.

However we also want to make sure that you are always treated with courtesy and respect and that you always feel you have been given a good service by the Association.

To help achieve this we have produced a Customer Service Standards leaflet detailing the expected quality and delivery of our services to you.
