Consultation

Wishaw and District Housing Association is legally obliged to consult with you on new and reviewed policies that directly affect you and we therefore invite residents to make comments on appropriate policies that affect the services they receive from the Association, their tenure or their immediate environment.

You may make comments on any of the documents currently available for consultation by contacting the office directly or by submitting the on-line comments form.

Periodically we will also send out survey forms where we will ask your opinion on a specific service we provide or activity we carry out.  We realise that these take time to complete and return to the Association but surveys are a very important way of letting us know where we are not providing the type or standard of service you would like.

We will try to ensure that we do not inundate you with surveys and, when we do send one out, we try to keep it short.  We would be very grateful if you would take a few minutes to complete the survey form and return it to the office.  Where appropriate we will make surveys available for online completion.
