Wishaw and District Housing Association - Prompt Payment Scheme

Wishaw and District Housing Association introduced a Prompt Payment Scheme in 2010 with the aim of encouraging our tenants and sharing owners to pay their rent on time and as a way of thanking those tenants and sharing owners for their commitment and effort in doing so.

The objective of the Prompt Payment Scheme is to free up staff time and resources which would normally be spent pursuing arrears and debts by encouraging tenants and sharing owners to maintain clear rent accounts.

.......The Prompt Payment Scheme will be kept under review to ensure it is meeting this objective.
