Other Payments to the Association

There may be other reasons why you need to make payment to Wishaw and District Housing Association, such as paying a former tenants arrear or a rechargeable repair and owner occupiers and sharing owners have an annual Property Management Invoice.

 

If you have any of these type of payments to make, you will be issued with an AllPay card which can be used to make payments in any of the following ways;

 

Paypoint Logo

  • At Any Post Office or any Shop or Retail Outlet displaying the PayPoint

 

AllPay Logo

  • By Phone on 0844 557 8321 (this is Allpay's automated telephone service)

  • Direct to the Association by phone or in person using your Debit Card

  • On Line at www.Allpay.net

 

Please note that phone and online payments can only be make with a Debit Card


 If you lose your AllPay card you should contact
Wishaw and District Housing Association's office
immediately and a new one will be ordered and sent out to you.

If the total amount due is a large sum you may wish to consider making regular monthly payments directly from your bank account by setting up a Direct Debit.  The Association will arrange for the direct debit to be set up and will ensure that it is cancelled once the debt is cleared, if applicable.  The Direct Debit mandate for repair works can be obtained from the Associationā€˜s Office or is available for download

Alternatively, the option will soon be available for you to set up your Direct Debit simply by providing your bank details and payment details by phoning or calling into the Association's office in person.
