Wishaw and District Housing Association - Paying Your Rent

Every tenant and sharing owner of Wishaw and District Housing Association will be issued with a WHITE AllPay payment card which will have their own individual reference number on it.  There are a number of ways you can use the card to make a payment into your rent account;

• At Any Post Office or any Shop or Retail Outlet displaying the PayPoint Logo

• By Phone on 0844 557 8321 (this is Allpay's automated telephone service)

• Direct to the Association by phone or in person using your Debit Card

• On Line at www.Allpay.net

Please note that phone and online payments
can only be made with a Debit Card

If you lose your AllPay card you should contact
Wishaw and District Housing Association's office
immediately and a new one will be ordered and sent out to you.

If you wish to make your payment via a Bank Standing Order you must make this arrangement personally with your own bank but please remember that you will have to amend it every year to reflect any increase in your rent charges.

You can also have a regular payment made directly from your bank account by setting up a Direct Debit.  Wishaw and District Housing Association will arrange for the direct debit to be set up and will ensure that it is amended to reflect any changes in your rent charges.  The Direct Debit Mandate for paying your rent is available to download or can be obtained from the Association‘s Office.

Alternatively, the option will soon be available for you to set up your Direct Debit simply by providing your bank details and payment details either by phoning or calling into the Association's office in person.

Please Note - The Association can not accept any payment of cash at the office.
