Housing/Council Tax Benefit

If you are on low income, or in receipt of certain state benefits, you may be eligible to claim Housing Benefit to help you pay your rent or Council Tax.  Even if you do not qualify for help with all your rent or Council Tax, depending on who lives in your house and the household income, you may be entitled to some assistance.
