Hill Street (Phase 2) Project 

Our second phase of building at Hill Street, Wishaw was completed in the summer of 2010 

This development has provided:
- two 2 apartment 2 person flats
- twenty two 3 apartment 4 person flats
- one 3 apartment 3 person wheelchair flat 
- one 3 apartment 4 person amenity flat

The development was formally opened on Friday 18th June by Councillor John Pentland and our new 26 flats were well received by all who attended the opening ceremony.

The feedback from the tenants has been great with all delighted with their new homes.
