Completion of our Hill Street
(Phase 2) Project 

Wishaw and District Housing Association are pleased to announce the completion of our second phase of building at Hill Street, Wishaw.  

This development has provided
- two 2 apartment 2 person flats
- twenty two 3 apartment 4 person flats
- one 3 apartment 3 person wheelchair flat 
- one 3 apartment 4 person amenity flat

The development was formally opened on Friday 18th June by Councillor John Pentland and our new 26 flats were well received by all who attended the opening ceremony.

 All of the flats are now allocated and most are tenanted.  The feedback from the tenants has been great with all, so far, delighted with their new homes.
