Cowie Place, Craigneuk, Wishaw (Phase 2)

Wishaw and District Housing Association's phase 2 development at Cowie Place, Cragineuk, was completed on the 7th of May 2009 and was officially opened by the Provost Thomas Curley.  

This design and build contract with local builder Modern Housing Ltd, has provided the Association with a further thirteen 3 apartment 4 person flats and two 4 apartment 5 person flats.

The completion of this phase marked the conclusion of the overall site, part of which has been developed for private sale by the contractor.
