Wishaw and District Housing Association - Bonds Drive, Crindledyke, Newmains

Our Bonds Drive development was completed on the 2nd October 2009, and was formally opened by Karen Whitefield MSP, and the Association's former Chairman Dominic Dale. 

The site in Bonds Drive is comprised of 48 houses in total:

Fourteen 2 apartment 2 person cotttage flats.
Nineteen 3 apartment 4 person houses.
Thirteen 4 apartment 5 person houses and
Two 5 apartment 4 person houses.

All of which will greatly contribute to the Associations limited stock in this area.

All houses are now tenanted and Wishaw and District Housing Association
wish all our new tenants every happiness in their new houses.
